Advertising will be accepted by NEWEA, subject to these guidelines:

1. NEWEA reserves the right to reject advertising which it deems unsuitable. NEWEA reservesthe right to refuse advertising from advertisers of questionable credit or trade standing.

2. Advertising designed to simulate editorial content will be clearly labeled “ADVERTISEMENT”in a type line above or below the insertion in accordance with postal regulations.

3. Cancellation is not accepted after closing dates listed for each publication. Outstandingbalances must be made current before new advertising will be considered for placement.

4. Initial review of submitted advertisements will be made by NEWEA Executive Director,JOURNAL Committee Chair and Program Committee Chair

5. NEWEA is responsible for supplying advertising space and is NOT liable for the contentof advertisements in the JOURNAL or any other NEWEA publication.

6. NEWEA reserves the right to determine the placement of all advertisements, includingSpecial Placement Ads which are available on a first-come, first-served basis and requirea written contract between NEWEA and the advertiser.

7. A signed contract must be submitted with advertisement submissions and prior toclosing dates specified for each publication.
