SCM is a construction consulting firm providingpersonalized construction services and managementsupport for discriminating clients. Founded in 1995, theentirety of the firm’s work has consisted of negotiatedcontracts providing management expertise to owners.SCM has provided successful management of projectsnationally, internationally, as well as numerous projects inthe Pacific Northwest.

SCM currently has the availability to provide licensedconstruction services in Washington, Nevada, California,and Arizona. Highly computer aided and mobile, SCM’sgoal is to remain a small, closely knit firm, providing excellentquality service for select clients at a competitive fee.

F. Mitch Treese, Principal of SCM, has been directly involvedin providing supervision and management for multipleprojects in numerous states, as well as Western Europe.Recent renovation projects have included the TiburonLodge in Tiburon, California; the Casa Munras Hotel inMonterey, California; and the Larkspur Hotel Union Squareand ABRI Hotel in San Francisco, California. Additionally,SCM has managed multiple story offices; retail centers;mixed-use ceneters and numerous moderate to largemultifamily apartment centers in the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to establishing SCM, Mr. Treese was the Vice Presidentfor Building Construction, Western United States for LedcorIndustries; Regional Vice President for R.G. LearyConstruction; and Senior Project Manager for SundtCorp.He was educated at Penn State University with additionalcourse work at the University of Arizona, Tucson.

Mr. Treese’s varied projects and construction knowledge,tempered with his regional experience, have given SCMa broad base from which to develop its operations andclient base. SCM has the depth of experience andknowledge to provide high quality service forsophisticated clients.
