Healthy Communities Partnership will host the American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking program starting Tuesday March 19 at the Chambersburg YMCA. The classes meet Tuesdays from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM from March 19 through May 7. Participants will spend time talking about tobacco dependence, planning their quit and supporting one another through the quit process.
Registration is free, participants receive tools, guidance and nicotine replacements while working with a trained cessation facilitator through their quit journey.

• A CDC-approved curriculum and instructed by a trained lifestyle coach
• A year-long program, once a week for 6 months, once a month for the second 6 months
