chapter 1 As Patty Ann Bergen stood in the small balcony of and imagining her

apartment seeing the city of Memphis as only she could see it what it would be like if Anton was here 'Anton' patty thought but of course just as she started thinking of Anton the German soldier she had hid on top of her fathers garage and also her hide out. of course nobody found out but she still remembered him every day and it brung her pain at the fact that she was not here with her and also at the fact that she didnt know were he was or he was alive or.... dead. It was one of the saddest moment of my life and to this day it still is . patty was crying .loud. Then Charlene did the most unexpected thing to patty because she was sure she would hate her she didnt and so Charlene hugged her . were is he ? As the got in patty noticed a a tell petite gentleman that looked a lot like Anton. 'It cant be him ' she thought he lives in Germany. But then he turned around and she saw those eyes the gray eyes with specks of green those were Anton's eyes and patty would never mistake them for another. She ran to him without even thinking about it ,and she barely heard Charlene yell patty were are you going ?. But when patty ran to him she was frozen there. Staring at him. her tears falling down and she didn't even notice . Waiting for him to say something . Can I help you miss ? Anton said but then he looked into Patty's eyes and he saw her and patty and him were there frozen and crying patty crying in sobs ,and Anton with tears falling down his face quietly. hey patty why did you run off like that ? said Charlene who just catched up with her.
