My mum had a leak in her porch above the door, so I created a short term solu-tion. The wooden step be-low the door prevented me from balancing a container under the leak so I cut a plastic milk bottle in half, and using copious amounts of bluetac and gaffa tape I secured it to the bot-tom of the door under the leak. When the milk bottle started to fill up I simply unscrewed the cap and held a container under-neath ready for disposal.

5.Plant Something

I thought about planting a pound coin as the symbolic seed of a money tree. I rea-lise now it sounds like a bit of a cop out, but I thought it was a good idea at the time.

11. Choose a place and spend an hour listening

I went down to Carbis Bay beach, which is a 5 minute walk away from my house in Cornwall. I took my camera and sat there listening to the conversations of the different holi-day makers who crowded the beach.
