If you have an event which is 14 days away or more, the Scheduling and Events Services office will make a tentative reservation for your club. This tentative reservation is not confirmed and will be held for 5 business days from the date the tentative reservation was made. Once the Event Registration form has been received from the Office of Student Organizations, tentative reservations will be booked as confirmed and an email will be sent to CONFIRM the reservation. If the form is not received the reservation will be canceled.Reserving FacilitiesIf you have an event which is less than 14 days away, the Scheduling and Event Services office WILL NOT be able to make a tentative or confirmed reservation until a completed Event Registration form has been received from the Office of Student Organizations. Once this form has been received your reservation will be confirmed, if the space is still available, and an email will be sent to CONFIRM the reservation.Please note that a tentative reservation will not allow you to use the room.
