Home study activitySing I Like Turtles with your child. Have your child find toy animals around the house and put them into a big pile or look at pictures of animals in a book or online. Ask your child, What do you like? Have your child point to an animal and respond, I like (frogs). Next you point to one of the toy animals and say There’s a (rabbit). Encourage your child to point to or pick up the animal and say I like (rabbits). Continue with other toy animals. Switch roles so that your child can ask the question What do you like?.
