Successfully managed the transition of internal IT teams across 3 geographies to vendor, maintained internal team morale and retention to ensure continuity in experience and knowledge transfer.

Effectively monitored and managed vendor performance to agreed solutions and architecture standards. Increased the level of quality of solution design while reducing the overall average time to deliver from >20 Days to <10 days from request to completion.

Supported Brookfield’s expansion into Asia Pacific Region (China, Singapore and India) through effectively managing delivery of IT services. Effectively managed the vendor to deliver a cost effective, multi-stage and scalable solution to the business, mitigating the risk of over-capitalisation.

Technical Program Manager (CTO) July 2011 – July 2013Brookfield Recruited to lead the CTO function and reporting to the VP of Technology Services (Australia), led and managed a team of 7 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports. Responsible for the delivery of Architecture, Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations and transformational Projects to support the business in APAC. Provided leadership support and architecture oversight to the IT teams within the EMEA regions.

Key Achievements

Effectively managed delivery of Enterprise Services (Datacentre, Network, Security, Compute, Storage, End User) across the APAC region supporting 100+ locations and 2000+ business users. Increased operational stability of all environments supported and consistently met all SLA targets across all areas.

Led the development and implementation of the Technology Roadmap with a 2-3 year horizon with a core team of architects, and received endorsement for the overall budget ($9.2 million).
