HarmonyThe more I grow as a leader the more I think this is true about me. I think it is a waste of time to fight or not get along.

It is okay to have differences of opinions as long as they are not forced upon one

another, that hurts production. This strength fits with consistency in that we treat others with the same dignity and

they will in turn be harmonious.

ConsistencyTo be consistent is essential in the leadership world of coaching. Again I believe the more

experienced I get as a leader the more I believe consistency is an important asset as a leader.

Being consistent tells players where they need to be so they can relax to perform the task at hand.

It connects with harmony as if people believe they are getting treated equally, they tend to be

happier.

Restorative

RestorativeI have always been one to try to get an

answer to a question. I person who wants to get things back on track will stay focused as a leader. This will in turn help the organization

keep on track. It connects with the Learner as both are trying

to either gain knowledge or answer a question.

can improve. This is extremely important to a leaser as if the leader doesn’t know what has happened before we may repeat a unsuccessful practice and

waist or time.Context, restorative and learner are all pretty similar in leadership as they all try to find out

information from the past to make positive decisions.

LearnerIf a person is not a learner they simply can not grow. All leaders

need to possess this trait, whether they like it or not. I believe that this trait connects very closely with all

the of the other traits,
