The Strategic Business Planning Programme is a long established, highly successful competencies development programme for Managers / Directors of businesses of all size, across all sectors. The programme is classified by the EU’s Training Foundation (ETF) as “International Best Practice”. Using a proven combination of group workshops and one-to-one mentoring, the programme facilitates participants to develop a strategic plan to optimise the performance of their business over the next three years.

The programme commences with an assessment of current business performance and the business potential for growth & profitability. Seven full day workshops address the broad range of management competencies required to complete and implement a detailed Strategic Business Plan. Eight structured and client specific mentoring sessions assist and facilitate the development of the Strategic Business Plan. The Strategic Growth Plan becomes the centre focus of management, allows for ongoing flexibility and places a strong emphasis on implementation and measurable results. Participants who complete the programme will be awarded an “Advanced Certificate in Man-agement Practice”.

Each Company will be allocated a skilled and experienced, one-to-one Mentor who will provide 8 X online sessions over the course of the programme. This process will assist participants to make the workshop content specific to their individual business and facilitate managers through the three core elements of the programme:

(i) Analyse current business performance. (ii) Define clear objectives and (iii) Devise a Plan to achieve them.

Who Should AttendOwners and Manager of businesses of any size in any sector who wish to develop a Strategic Growth Plan to optimise the performance of their business over the next three years.

Investment / Fees€2,000 per company with up to 2 participants. Training of this nature is VAT exempt and all payments are made to Skillnet. This course is finically assisted by SkillNet Ireland.
