S U M M E R Y
As a person, I define myself by my faith, integrity, and servitude. As a professional, I take
every effort to maintain professionalism, increase my knowledge, and work hard to better
myself and the people around me. I excel in customer service, troubleshooting, problem
solving, and thinking outside the proverbial box. I feel that with any team I am a part of, I can
add a positive element to the team and learn from the uniqueness of the other team members
and therefore better myself also. I believe in a leadership model that has leadership as an
action, not a position. Leadership is the ability to find the right thing to do, be willing to do it,
dot it, and motivate others to join me in doing it. "Our character is what we do when we think
no one is looking." ~ Jackson Browne.
