PERSONAL STATEMENT Travel is the only cost in life that makes you richer.

My travels and adventures have given me such great passion for life, a drive to succeed in all I take on and give myself to. I don’t believe in half measures and have always given everything my all, including my work. I work to live not live to work but ensure that in doing so that I love my job.

I thrive in busy, energetic, team environments where I can utilise my multi-tasking and communication skills. I am personable and hardworking, implementing all I have learnt in my working career and from my studies as a manager in order to achieve the aims and objectives of a business. I prioritise customer satisfaction and high employee morale as a leader, believing that happy workers will make for happy customers. I also regard a clean and safe work environment a high priority in creating the best space for the best in hospitality.

In every job I have ever had I have quickly been promoted and entrusted with the highest responsibilities. I can be relied upon and prove myself a valuable and necessary asset to a positive, productive and efficient team. I have always been a ‘doer’ over a ‘sayer’ and am more than happy to lead by example in guiding my team and training others. I take my leaderships role humbly and am not afraid to get my hands dirty, undertaking the lowest and dirtiest jobs to retain respect from my team.

My open-mindedness and gentle nature make me an approachable and well-liked employee, mentor and co-worker. I provide support for my superiors, staff and team, stepping up to the plate whenever necessary, never shying away from any task or responsibility left in my charge.

My career aims and goals are to continue to progress and grow as a manager in the hospitality industry in the hope of one day owning and running my own business. I am deeply passionate about customer service and pride myself on doing my job to the best of my ability. In reference to my love of travel, I am determined to make Australia my base for the foreseeable future and consider everyday here part of my adventure. I am seeking a position within a company that can offer me sponsorship here, a business I can throw myself wholeheartedly into and guarantee four years dedication to. I can promise you my hard work will not go unnoticed and it will prove a successful investment for us both.
