PUR (integral) - (TPU)

Strength and robustness. Low temperature ductility. Melting resistance. Brightness. Strength and

robustness. Non-toxic and colourless. It can be extruded, molded by injection, blowing and pressing.

POLYAMIDE (PA) + 40% FIBER GLASS

Composition which supports impacts superior to polypropylene (PP), with a greater robustness and

superficial hardness. It is used in components which require high resistance to impact, especially in

bases and mechanisms.

(PP) POLIPROPILENO COPOLIMERO

Composición que soporta impactos muy superiores al Polipropileno (PP), con una mayor rigidez y dureza

METHACRYLATE (PMMA)

Methacrylate is an ester type amorphous thermoplastic, transparent and colourless with great

hardness. It possesses a high resistance to tensile and impact and has excellent clarity. Good

resistance to weather, the most durable plastic under these conditions (including sun, rain, salt

fog and pollution). It does not yellow nor crack against the action of UV rays. We recommend that

you clean it with soap and water making sure to use a soft cloth that does not contain traces of

particles that may scratch the material.

POLYCARBONATE (PC)

Polycarbonates are a group of easy working, molding and thermoforming, thermoplastics with re-

sistance to extremely high impact, high transparency and rigid. Resistant to thermal deformation

and weather, with high dimensional stability and good electrical insulation properties.

METACRILATO (PMMA)

El metacrilato es un termoplástico tipo éster amorfo, transparente e incoloro de gran dureza.

Posee una alta resistencia a la tracción e impacto y una excelente claridad. Resiste bien a la in-

temperie, siendo el material plástico más resistente en estas condiciones (incluyendo sol, lluvia,

niebla salina y polución). No amarillea ni presenta fisuras frente a la acción de los rayos UV. Se

recomienda limpiar con agua y jabón asegurándose de emplear un paño suave que no contenga

restos de partículas que puedan rayar el material.

POLICARBONATO (PC)

El policarbonato es un grupo de termoplásticos fácil de trabajar, moldear y termoformar, con una

resistencia al impacto extremadamente elevada, gran transparencia, resistente y rígido. Resis-

tente a la deformación térmica y a la intemperie, con elevada estabilidad dimensional y buenas

Laminated Security glass with internal translucent layer. Thickness available in 5+5 and 6+6

mm for desk surfaces. 4+4 mm for Screens, reception counter front panels and glass doors.

The laminated glass is the result of linking tow or more glass sections, linked by PVB layers

(butiral polivinil). This material comines the specific glass properties such as transparency and

durability, and the proper PVB features such as adhesion to the glass, elasticity and impact

resistance, acoustic and UV protection, as well as providing different colour ranges.

The high elasticity of the PVB provides a high impact resistance, so before an impact on the

glass, the PVB layer absorbs the impact energy and due to the adhesion, keeps linked to the glass

Extra clear tempered glass

Low level of iron oxide, it offers colourless luminosity (with not green tones) 10 mm thickness. The

tempered glass has maximum high scratch and impact resistance. 100% Recyclable.

superficies de mesa. En divisorias frontal de mostrador y puertas de cristal, el espesor será de 4+4

El vidrio laminado es el resultado de la unión de dos o más placas de vidrio intercalando entre

ellas una o más láminas de PVB (polivinil butiral). Este material combina las propiedades

específicas del vidrio, tales como la transparencia y durabilidad, con las del PVB, cualidades

como su adherencia al vidrio, elasticidad y resistencia a los impactos, acústica y contra los rayos

UV, además de ofrecer múltiples posibilidades de color.

La gran elasticidad del PVB confiere una alta resistencia frente a impactos. Es por ello que, ante

un golpe sobre el vidrio laminado, la película de PVB absorbe la energía del choque, y por su

flexibilidad, mantiene su adherencia al cristal.

Vidrio templado

El vidrio templado extraclaro se caracteriza por su bajo contenido de óxidos de hierro que

permiten una transmisión luminosa incolora. Con un espesor de 10 mm posee máxima resistencia

superficial al rayado y dureza ante impactos; Material reciclable 100 %

All metal components, aluminum or steel, have epoxy-polyester finish. No toxic or solvent

elements. Chromed finished is done over treated steel.

PAINTING FEATURES

1 – Electrostatic coat, epoxy bonding 2nd generation. Polymerized 200ºC with nano-ceramics and

non-grease treatments to improve better covering and provide then better resistance and lasting.

2 – Coating 80-90 micron thickness (it could be different as per the project requirements).

This covering guarantees the finish and maintenance of metal structures.

3 – Painting process:

Actiu painting plant has minimum environmental impact against the traditional industry

processes.

Treatment is done by polarized coating and compacted with temperature. We get homogeneous

and regular application with 98% of painting and the remaining 2% is used to produce other

paints. Paints used are COVs free (Volatile Organic Components) which are very dangerous for the

environment. All water used in the process is re-used, so we get zero dump.

4 – Antibacterial finish (Optional)

El acabado de todos los componentes metálicos, sean de aluminio o acero, se realiza mediante

recubrimiento en polvo de resinas epoxy-poliéster. No contiene elementos tóxicos ni disolventes.

El acabado Cromado se realiza sobre acero tratado.

ESPECIFICACIONES PINTURA

1 - Recubrimiento mediante capa de pintura electroestática de polvo epoxi bonding de 2a

generación polimerizada a 200°C con tratamientos de desengrase y aplicación de nanocerámicas

que mejoran la penetración, permitiendo una máxima adherencia de éste y por tanto una mayor

resistencia y vida útil. Exactitud en control de espesores.

2 – Espesor de capa de pintura normalizada de 80-90 micras (posibilidad de adaptabilidad según

proyectos).

Con este recubrimiento se garantiza el acabado y mantenimiento superficial de las estructuras

metálicas.

3 – Proceso de Pintado:

Frente a los procesos tradicionales de pintado industrial que pueden ser muy contaminantes,

la planta de Actiu tiene un impacto ambiental mínimo. El tratamiento se realiza con pintura

en polvo adherida por polarización y compactada por temperatura. Se consigue una aplicación

homogénea y regular, con una utilización del 98% de la pintura. EL 2% restante lo recogemos

para la fabricación de otras pinturas. Se utilizan pinturas sin COVs (compuestos orgánicos

volátiles), peligrosos contaminantes del aire. Se reutiliza toda el agua utilizada en el proceso ,

consiguiendo el vertido cero de aguas residuales. El proceso está exento de metales pesados,

fosfatos, componentes orgánicos y de DQO (Demanda Bioquímica de Oxígeno).

4 – Acabado superficial antibacterias (opcional).
