How to Export Contacts – An Outlook 2013 Tutorial
Step 1 - Go to Start >> Programs >> Outlook 2013
Step 2 - Click on the contacts icon to open contacts folder:

Step 3 - Contacts screen will be opened like what you see in the following picture:
Step 4 - Click on the file tab:

Step 5 - Click “Open & Export”.
Step 6 - Click on “Import / Export”:

Step 7 - Click on “Export to a file” and click “Next”:
Step 8 - Create a file of type: Comma Separated Values (CSV) & click “Next”:

Step 9 - Select the contacts folder which you want to export:
Step 10 - Click Browse:

Step 11 - Select the folder where you want to save the exported file and the file name:
Step 12 – Click next

Step 13 - Tick the box in case is not selected – “Export” – click finish. The file is now exported in
a CSV (excel) format on your desktop.
