• Control system housed inside the main electrical panel (II). The electrical panel, made of metal with protection degree IP 54 closed door and IP 20 open door, has a transparent door with lock. On front panel houses: weather-control, differential thermalbreaker2x10A30mA,setof2fuses10Aforpumpcontrol heating, warning lights for thermostat and voltage, protection and safety devices (high temperature) - (7).
On demand it’s possible to have different brands of regulation compatible with spacing control valves provided.All selected and installed components have been carefully tested before use.Each substation STEA complies with European Community rules,inparticularDirective97/23/EC(PED).Allsubstationsareequippedwithtestcertificates,CEmarkingand user and maintenance manual of each installed component.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
In support of each substation will supply the following documentation: instruction manual about substation and control system, booklet, circuit diagram of switchboard, technical documentation of installed material, conformity and testing certificate of heatexchanger according to Directive 97/23/EC, conformity andtestingcertificateofthermalsubstationaccordingtoDirective97/23/EC, protection and safety devices about installedequipment.

SPACE HEATING ONLY TYPE
The district heating substation model RAT RBT produces domestic heating. Compact size allows installation in all situations where space is very small allowing system transformation without costly renovation of existing thermal stations (removal of heat generator). The substation can be set along the perimeter wall without compromising the accessibility of installed equipment; the electrical panel can rotate on its axis for full access in all the conditions of installation.The compactness and quality components, make the substation highly reliable and easy to transport and install.To facilitate transport and installation is possible to supply separately the heat exchangers.
MAIN COMPONENTS
• Heat exchanger brazed or gasketed plate (on demand) adequately insulated;
• Thermoregulating valves with actuator with safety function and spring return;
• Ultrasound static heat meter (on demand);• Flow and temperature limiter (on demand);• Non-return valve (I4)• Expansion vessel to service the heat exchanger (I5);

SPACE HEATING + SANITARY HOT WATER TYPE
Floor standing substation model RH is ideal for installation in district heating systems at high or low temperatures, that require combined production of space heating and domestic hot water.Compact size allows installation in all situations where space is very limited allowing old boiler replacement without costly renovation of existing thermal stations (removal of heat generator).The substation can be set along the perimeter wall without compromising the accessibility of installed equipment; the electrical panel can rotate on its axis for full access in all conditions of installation.The substation is highly reliable and easy to transport and install. SHUT-OFF VALVE
Shutoff valves up to DN150 and drain valves will be PN25 steel ball, ball and stem in stainless steel, seals suitable for water at 140° C with traces of hydrazine, attacks for welding.
FILTER
The filterswill have the steel bodyY-type PN25with bolted lid, stainless steel filtermesh 0.5mm,equipped with drain plug on the lid.
THERMOREGULATORY VALVE
The valve body will be ductile iron GG25, two-way, PN25. The stem and the sealing of stainless steel.The nominal diameter and the KVS will be sized according to the characteristics of the individual system.
ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR
Electro-hydraulicactuatorhasspringreturn,with3pointscontrol,supplyvoltage220Vandstrokeof220 mm.
CLIMATE REGULATOR
Climate regulator for district heating substations, with 26 kinds of circuits with heat exchangers (for the heating system and hot water system).
HEAT EXCHANGER
HeatexchangerbrazedplatePN25oralternativelygasketedplatesteelAISI316andEPDMseals;sizingasperspecificationsincompliancewithDirective97/23/EC.Heat exchanger adequately insulated.
HEAT METER
Ultrasonic static heat meter according to the rated capacity of each substation already prepared for remote reading via M-BUS.PossibilitytolimitthescopethroughtheprimaryinterfacewiththeclimateregulatorRVD235.
NON-RETURN VALVE
Non-return valve WAFER steel spring PN25.
PRIMARY RETURN TEMPERATURE PROBE
Probe for temperature measurement on pipes from 15 to 150 mm, signal LG-NI 1000.
