    Fresh lemon juice w ill alleviate the pain of cancerous ulceration of the tongue and kills the diphtheria bacillus, and advises a gargle of diluted lemon juice to diphtheria patients. Lemon juice is also anexcellent gargle for sore throat and for nervous palpitation of theheart.

    Lemon juice rubbed on to corns w ill eventually do aw ay with them,and if applied to unbroken chilblains w ill affect a cure.

    Lemon juice is also an old remedy for the removal of freckles andblackheads from the face. It sho uld be rubb ed in at bedtime, afterwashing with warm water.     Orange Orange possesses most of the virtues of the lemon , but in amodified form. But it has the advantage of being more palatable.

    Oranges are excellent source of vitamin C that helps to makecollagen, which is essential for healthy skin and also helps to keepthe bodys defenses against bacterial infections.

    The juice of oranges has been observed to exert such a beneficialinfluence on the blood as to prevent and cure influenza.     Exercise is also know n as physical activity and includes

    anything that gets you mo ving, such as w alking, dancing, orw orking in the yard. You can earn the benefits of beingphysically active without g oing to a gym, playing sports, orusing fancy equipm ent. When youre ph ysically fit, you havethe strength, flexibility, and endurance needed for yourdaily activities. Being physically active helps you feel betterphysically and mentally.

    Avail benefits of exercise by doing your routine o r usefulw ork. Climb stairs if given a choice betw een that and

    escalators or elevators. Avoid use of vehicles instead w alkto small distance.
