With a backing of 8 solid years of service in IRAQI market and offices in all the major cities, airport and entry points in IRAQ has earned us a major reputation within the freight forwarding, airline and oil and gas community. In compliance with clients requirements we organize transportation of cargo on the highest standards including best services on its handling, customs clearing, door delivery and daily personal updates to the clients with related information on the flow of the shipments.

About Us

2003 - Starlight Maritime (an IRAQI registered Company) was established in Baghdad City. On the same year we opened a branch in Erbil, Sulaimaniyah, Basrah, Umm Qasser, Zakho, Safwan Amman Jordan and London UK.

2004 - A hub in Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates was established to serve worldwide shipments coming into IRAQ and is now the Starlight Maritime Head Office. On the same year we opened an office in Mersin to cover the needs of all transshipments coming by SEA and to be transported to IRAQ by LAND.

2007 - A branch in China (Guangzhou and Shanghai) was established.

2008 - We opened a branch in Houston, Texas to support the major oilfield operators. Expanded the branches in China by opening an office in Beijing. Another branch in IRAQ was established in Dohouk the same year.

2010 - Established an office in Yiwu, China and initiated the first stage of establishing new branches in Germany and Romania.

2011 - Established an office in Netherlands

2012 - Established an office in India, Myanmar and Vietnam

The Quality Management Plan sets forth general quality control (QC) and quality assurance(QA) procedures and policies for all work to be conducted or supervised by the team.

Purpose: To ensure the work will satisfy the requirements established by the customer.

Scope: It serves as an overall quality document for all work to be accomplished by the team with necessary customization to meet specific requirements.

Goals:Ensuring that quality management activities are planned . All involved must recognize the impact to schedule and budget of implementing the quality plan, and more importantly the impact of not implementing the quality plan.

The measurable quality standards and their priority are well defined.

Progress in achieving quality is managed and documented. The process of quality reviews must be managed to ensure they are completed at the appropriate time and that the reviews are documented.

Global Freight Management bySea, Air and LandWe do have offices all over IRAQ therefore it makes us more stronger with regards to inland transportation in Iraq and we can handle your rig movements and other land movement very well. In addition to that our offices in Iraq, specially at the airport (Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra and Umm Qasser) makes our clearance and delivery fast and reliable. We have our warehouse complex in Erbil, Basrah and Umm Qasser with big laydown yards that can accommodate your storage requirement. We are operating Berth no. 11 at Umm Qasser Port to support the needs of our clients for their vessels arriving at Umm Qasser. We have our transit hub in UAE for all our shipments to IRAQ and AFGHANISTAN by AIR, this office facilitates the onward carriage of all our shipments. Our sister company Starlight Airline has daily flights from UAE to Erbil, Baghdad and Basrah (IRAQ) and scheduled flights to Afghanistan. We have a full control of these flights, therefore we can make your shipments a top priority.
