• Established in 1999, developed and installed the first utility-scale wind project in the Dakotas and sold it to one of the largest power cooperatives in the United States. After this, two more projects were planned, developed and sold.

• Current Strategy

• To site, develop, own and operate wind parks in prime wind resource locations.

• Identify locations at which electrical generation from parks of 20 MW to 60 MW could be introduced into the existing transmission system without expensive upgrades, and where the prevailing wind velocities promise net production capacities of 40% or better.

• Crownbutte currently has a pipeline of sixteen projects with over 700 Megawatts under development.

Robert H. Cole, Chairman & CEOMr. Cole is Chief Executive Officer of StarInvest Group and a director. He has served since March 2006. Previously, he was the President and Founder of Permian Business Group (PBG), a business consulting company specializing in the sale and installation of midrangecomputer solutions. In 1989, he became chairman of Aplex Industries. During his management, he increased sales from $3 to $8 million and sold the company for $7.3 million. He also founded Stadium Chair Company which was sold in 2003. Mr. Cole has an impressive track record and his experience with finance, information systems, manufacturing, and marketing has helped several small companies to maximize their potential. Mr. Cole has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Computing Science from Texas A&M, along with an MBA from Houston Baptist University.

Manu Kalia, Independent DirectorManu Kalia currently serves as CFO to Crownbutte Wind Power Inc., bringing 14 years of high tech and financial management experience to StarInvest. He has served at senior management levels as: CEO of Promana Solutions Inc. (web services), CFO of ARC International PLC (semiconductors), CFO of Tradeworx Inc. (statistical-arbitrage financial analytics/ hedge fund), and CEO of Open Source Creations Inc. (online collaboration). Prior to that, Manu spent time as an investment banker for Commonwealth Associates, as an analyst for Sanford Bernstein, and as a manager at Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories. Manu holds a Bachelors in Engineering Sciences (cum laude) from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.

Cristiano D. Germinario, Director & SecretaryCristiano Germinario has been a Director of our company since November 20, 2006 and Secretary of the Company since August 2007. From April 2000 to May 2006, Cristiano D. Germinario worked as a financial analyst at IIG International Investment Company, a New York based fund specialized in Trade Financing. Cristiano D. Germinario holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Bologna, Italy.

Douglas CarterDouglas Carter is a partner and co-founder of EXX.COM, a computerized institutional execution service which alsoprovides customized front-end systems for institutional traders. Mr. Carter is responsible for designing and testingthe trading models and the technical aspects of EXX.COM’s software products. He has been in the industry for over24 years in various positions including an options market maker, head trader (with various quantitative tradingcompanies such as Chicago Research and Trading Group, Metropolitan Securities, and Sharpe Securities) and headfloor broker for CS/First Boston on the American Stock Exchange.

James DovicoAs a founding partner of EXX.COM, James Dovico plays a key role in software design while managing the day to day operations of the company. EXX.COM is a computerized integrated trading solution for the brokerage industry. Mr. Dovico is a 20-year veteran of the industry with experience in handling institutional and individual investors with diverse holdings. His experience includes head of floor operations at RVG and Associates, and head of the clearance operations options desk at Bear Sterns. Additionally he has served as head broker on the floor of the American Stock Exchange for Divine Capital Markets.

Leon UrbaitelMr. Leon Urbaitel is the CEO of My Transfer Agent, LLC. Previously he was CEO and founder of the most visited transfer agent portal on the Internet, StockTransfer.com. Early on, Leon recognized the internet’s power to bring issuers and investors together to meet their need for immediate access to information and services. Leon has over 30 years of widely diversified banking experience, administering The Bank of New York's Welfare & Benefit Plans as Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Department. He later focused on securities processing operations as Manager of the Master Trust and Transfer Departments. As National Sales & Marketing Manager for The Bank of New York's Securities Processing Sector in the mid 90’s (which annually contributed 25% of the Bank's $40 Billion gross revenue), he and his staff increased annual revenues for stock transfer by 670%, to over $10 million, and shareholders serviced by 367%, to 3.5 million. Corporate Trustee issues rose 350%, gaining the Bank a first place market share position. Leon has worked with large, established corporations as well as small, emerging businesses. His knowledge and experience puts him in a unique position to provide valuable assistance in his new transfer agent venture of My Transfer Agent, LLC (an SEC registered transfer agent servicing small to mid-cap companies).

David Lubin, SEC AttorneyDavid Lubin started his career at a large multi-national law firm representing Fortune 500 companies but then shifted his focus to smaller public companies, reverse mergers and acquisitions. In 1996 he practiced law in Israel, where he represented companies such as AOL and Motorola in a variety of corporate transactions. Mr. Lubin practiced at a Park Avenue firm in New York City prior to starting his own law firm in 2000. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School with honors in 1989, receiving awards in corporate taxation and international securities. Simultaneous with receiving his J.D., he also received an M.B.A. from Baruch College. He has authored numerous articles for business publications, and was an editor for Bender's Forms Consolidated Laws-U.C.C. (2002) and New York Practice Guide: Business and Commercial, Matthew Bender (1995). Mr. Lubin was an adjunct professor at Queens College. Currently his firm represents numerous public companies in all corporate aspects, such as SEC reporting obligations and compliance matters and transactions.
