Andrew has several years’ experience serving the natural resources sector in many capacities. His background includes both international and local projects, having served as country manager in Peru for over two years, and currently having responsibility for Stantec’s global mining clients. Julian is actively involved in numerous mine feasibility and design projects. He provides electrical engineering expertise and technical support on feasibility studies, estimating, drawings, procurement services, installation, commissioning, and hoist systems. Julian has served in leadership roles as the Electrical Department Head and the Project Manager of numerous projects. With over 30 years of experience, his skills and expertise are an asset to mining clients. Al’s extensive design experience and detailed knowledge of electrical systems has allows him to support the needs of Stantec’s mining clients around the world. He stays current with technological change, and develops project quality plans which outline the processes to be used to ensure expectations are met. All of his work focuses heavily on quality and continuous improvement. Doug brings over 31 years of experience in management, project engineering, and maintenance in heavy process-related industry and mining to the Stantec team. Doug has extensive experience with high-voltage power distribution, mechanical, and process- related equipment, including troubleshooting and optimization.
