A. Objective

The objectives of community service is :

1. Applying Tri-Dharma in College.

2. Implementing the science of statistics and quality in the field of

applying scientific engineering industry in the form of community

service.

3. Establish cooperation between Statistical Laboratory and Quality

Engineering with various related SMEs.

B. Scope and Related Units

The scope and related units is Statistics and Quality Engineering

Laboratory and other parties that participated are as follows:

1. Head of Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory

2. Assistant of Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory

3. SMEs and related external parties.

C. Related Quality Standard

Quality Standards related to community service are standards of

researchers, content standards, process standards and assessment, funding

and financing standards. This is because when doing community service

needs to fullfil the rules of the content of related research that is

implemented to the public, researcher standards, and need to be considered

in terms of funds and community service costs in accordance with the

standards.

D. Terms and Definition

Community Service is one of the activities which is the application of the

role of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi in the form of dissemination activities,

the application or socialization of research results to the community

conducted by the researchers ie the laboratory Statistics and Quality

Engineering.

E. Sequence of Procedures

1. The Quality Statistics and Engineering Laboratory determines the

SMEs as community service partners.

2. The administrative division makes a letter of application to partner

SMEs

3. The Quality Statistics and Engineering Laboratory shall conduct a

coordination meeting on the concept of community service to be

undertaken.

4. The R & D division divide resources for the implementation of

community service.

5. Assistant Laboratory of Statistics and Quality Engineering makes a

proposal according to the topic that has been proposed.

6. Assistant Laboratory of Statistics and Quality Engineering

coordinates and consultes with lecturers and members of its

members based on proposals made.

7. The Assistant Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory revises

the proposal based on the advice given by the lecturer.

8. Assistant Laboratory of Statistics and Quality Engineering collects

proposals submitted.

9. The Quality Statistics and Engineering Laboratory conducts

community service activities where the output is in the form of

counseling/socialization/workshop activites to the relevant SMEs.

10. The Quality Statistics and Engineering Laboratory shall monitor the

community service performed and undertakes reporting of

community service performed, where the output is final report of

community service.
