Create your own 2018 calendar, a variety of styles to choose from to make it really fancy

A range of sporting activities will be set up – badminton, table tennis, battle ships,

cricket, tennis, soft hockey. Depending on the weather

today, this will either be played indoors or outdoors

Today we will be watching “Paddington 2”. The bus

will be departing the school at 9.45am, returning

approx. 12.30PM PLEASE ARRIVE AT SCHOOL

BY 9.30AM!!

Bring in a plain t-shirt or something

to tie dye, this could be a pillow case,

skirt etc as long as it’s plain, preferably

white.

pizza for afternoon snack or take home.

Departing at 11.30am, returning approximately 1pm. Please only pack morning and afternoon

Today we will be having some fun with balloon

games as well as making some cool craft items to

take home.

Bring your bathers and a change of

clothes. Today we will run through the

This is general guide only and all effort will be made to achieve these plans. All children can initiate their own

activity each day as we have a variety of activities, sporting games and group games available at the service.

All children are to bring their own food each day (morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack).

Do not bring your lunch on the following days:

Wednesday 10/1/18, Thursday 25/1/18 (still bring morning and afternoon snacks).

Please do not bring food that needs cooking or heating up on the excursion days, thank you.

Mildura South Primary School Outside School Hours Care

BOOKING FORM - Vacation Tuesday 2nd January to Monday 29th January 2018. To make a booking,

please tick the days you require on this form and either return this form to the Outside School Hours

office or email the information to: oshp@msps.vic.edu.au The 2018 OSH enrolment form is also to be

completed and returned. Bookings will be taken until all places are filled with a waiting list if

necessary. Once your booking has been confirmed by the OSH office, fees will be added to your

account. If you cancel a booked day, you are still charged unless we can fill that vacancy with

another child.

The full fee is $45 per day per child plus additional costs for excursions. You may use Child Care Benefit/Rebate if eligible to reduce this fee. Please also sign the Permission notification reports if your child/children are attending on these days and return with this booking form. Fees are due one week in advance to secure your booking. A statement of fees will be sent to you closer to the due dates. Payments can be made over the phone with Credit Card or in person with cash, cheque or Eftpos.

PLEASE NOTE ACCORDING TO AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES:

THERE ARE THREE LEVELS OF PRIORITY WHICH WE MUST FOLLOW.

Priority 1. – A Child at risk of serious abuse or neglect.

Priority 2. – A Child of a single parent who satisfies, or of parents who both satisfy, the work/training/study test

under section 14 of the A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999.

Priority 3. – Any other child

to watch the Beauty and The Beast Pantomime. The show will commence at 2pm and finish approximately 4pm including intermission.
