User – Checklist Below is the list of document that candidate should be ready with while using MCGM -

Instruction For Photograph:

Size of photograph must be less than 50 kb.

Height of photograph must be between 250 pixel ( 6.6 cm ) to 320 pixel ( 8.4 cm )

width of photograph must be between 150 pixel ( 4.0 cm ) to 220 pixel ( 5.8 cm )

Scanned copy of photograph in JPEG/JPG

Instruction For Signature:

Scanned copy of signature in JPEG/JPG format

Size of signature must be less than 50 kb.

Height of signature must be between 100 pixel ( 2.6 cm ) and 180 pixel ( 4.7 cm )

width of signature must be between 150 pixel ( 3.9 cm ) and 220 pixel ( 5.8 cm )

Please see to that provide a valid signature. The pattern will be verified personally by

the University authority if felt a need.
