COURSEAll races will start and fi nish at Junior Ranks Mess. The 5K route encircles many of the buildings of CFB Wainwright and passes through the historical gates marking the entrance of what was Buffalo National Park (1909-1939). The course covers pavement and graded gravel. The 10K route will be twice around the 5K loop. The Kids 2K route will include a portion of the 5K loop. Extra volunteers will be monitoring this route for children’s safety.

Baby strollers and pets will not be allowed on this course.

POST RACE ACTIVITIESAll participants are welcome to enjoy a hot bowl of stew and a bun with refreshments in the Junior Ranks Mess.

May I pick up someone else’s race package? No, participants must sign a waiver before receiving their kit. For participants 17 years of age and under, a legal guardian must be present to sign the waiver.

BIBS, CHIPS AND TIMINGRace numbers will be provided to all competitors and must be worn on the front of the body. Pick up your timing chip the morning of the race.
