Free Dental Care for Children EventWHAT: Free dental care for children will be provided on a Saturday by Harbor Community HealthCenter in Hyannis. Homework for each week includes readings andexercises from the BIT, as well as, goal setting.Research has indicated that participation in theBIT workshop decreases symptoms of hoarding,helps reduce clutter, and improves people's abilityto use their homes.

Sober-Curious Themed Event to Support Duffy Health Center

The "Zero Proof" concept is in support of the sober/sober-curious movement that has gained a lot ofmomentum and cultural influence in the last few years, particularly in major cities.

Zero Proof Cape Cod is modeled after the successful "chef's table" Zero Proof event that was startedby Chef Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon, Little Bird Bistro and Canard in Portland, OR. Samaritans Senior Outreach ProgramThe Samaritans on Cape Cod and the Islands Senior Outreach Program is open to all older adults livingon the Cape or Islands who are experiencing signs of isolation, loneliness, and/or depression and wouldbenefit from a weekly call. Samaritan trained volunteers are matched with seniors on Cape for weeklytelephone chats. Volunteers listen without judgement, with compassion and empathy, and all calls areconfidential.
