2021 SPONSORSHIP FORMPAYMENT: City of Westfield will provide an invoice once the sponsorship pledge is made. Invoices can be set up to meet your budgetary needs; however, full payment is due upon receipt of any invoice. Full payment must be made 60 days before event date to receive full sponsor benefits. CONTRACT: Once a pledge is made, an invoice will be generated and delivered. Once payment is made,there are NO REFUNDS. All events are RAIN OR SHINE and therefore will not be canceled unless there is asignificant safety threat. In the event of a cancellation, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
MARKETING DEADLINES: Each event has differing marketing deadlines based on chosen offerings and varying platforms. With ongoing deadlines, select offerings are only guaranteed if your payment and marketing materials are submitted on time.
MARKETING MATERIALS: Please make sure we have your business logo .ai or .eps file format. If you haveany social media accounts you would like us to spotlight as part of your sponsorship, please specify thosehandles. If your package grants booth space you will be required to agree to our standard event vendoragreement form. An Event Manager will coordinate with you on all onsite event day of activations.
