We divided our massages into three levels of intensity to better meet your personal preferences. The first two levels, gentle and medium, are intended for guests without muscle tension. The third level is for guests with muscle tension who wish to receive a therapeutic treatment. When reserving your service, please choose the desired massage and level. This will help us staff the right employees for your treatment.

The gentle level is for all guests who would like a gentle, relaxing massage performed by our aestheticians and trained massage therapists.

The medium level is for all guests who would like a medium-strength massage from one of our trained massage therapists. These massages are not designed to eliminate major muscle tension, but may relieve slight strains.

We also offer therapeutic massages for all guests who suffer from chronic muscle tension and would like to receive therapeutic treatment as a patient. The massage therapist will decide on the duration, intensity and type of therapy following an initial consultation and physical consultation. We offer these services at our Medical Spa. Just ask!

PHYSICAL WELL-BEING The medical spa back concept designed by Yvon Teshmar, registered homeopathic practitioner with a focus on osteopathy, is recommended for prevention or to treat certain pre-existing conditions. After a thorough analysis of the patient’s medical history, the therapist will recommend specific activities and remedies as part of a course of therapeutic treatment. We will also prepare an exercise programme specifically for you to effec-tively reinforce and support your therapy. Close cooperation between the therapist and trainer provides an ideal basis for a sensible treatment and training programme—always focused on your individual needs.

If you are too late for your appointment, we will have to shorten the time of your treatment. Each treatment needs to be completed on time to avoid delays in subsequent appointments. We don’t want to keep our guests waiting.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to offer the time

slot to other guests. We will cancel your appointment free of charge up to no more than 48 hours prior to the

start of your appointment. If you cancel the appointment later, and we are unable to book this time slot with

another treatment, we will charge you 80% of the treatment price.
