Petroleum is non-renewable source that will ended anytime from now

Solar energy is the new alternative to reduce the uses of non-renewable source like petroleum

Solar PV system are prime candidates for supplying electricity at locations where such environmental impacts are not acceptable

This solar car is the combination of ideas, researches and innovation.It has been upgraded and applied many scientific theory.

The sun is a source of energy that will never run out and is the solution to the crisis of energy defiency.

This car uses the photovoltaic panel that changes the solar energy to electric charge.

Solar cell are also called photovoltaic cell(pv cell) and can be found on many small appliances such as calculator and toys.

It occurs when the semiconductor material in the panel change the solar energy to electrical energy.

The panel will undergo a chemical reactions that will change the sunlight into electron.

This electron will rotate the motor and the wheels and make the car move

BODY : AERODYNAMICS

Aerodynamics is the study of the flow of air around and through a vehicle, primarily if it is in motion. The following factors need to be taken into account when designing the cars :

1. DONWNFORCE

Inverted wings to force the car down onto

the rack, increasing traction.

2. BERNOULLIS PRINCIPLE

The lift generated by a wing is based on the principle that the pressure in a fluid decreases as its velocity increases (Bernoullis Principle). By creating just enough lift the car will be lighter as it moves, hence better chances in producing better speeds.

We have applied this concept to our car.

AERODYNAMIC

A shape that release the least resistance to the flow of the air.

If the object was adjusted, the flow of the air around the object will smooth and cause less drag.
