Stubble cultivator AJAX

„AJAX" - first ploughing aggregate designed for post harvest cultivation of soil with operating : widths

from 2.20 to 5.60 meters. The operating elements are drill coulters with pinions, embedded on 85 centimeters pillar, ensuring very high clearance under the frame, what prevents clogging by post harvest remainders. Behind two rows of teeth there is mounted the row of disks with 470 millimeters diameter. These disks are mounted on special spring dampers. Next, the soil is compacted and leveled by means of tubular roller (diameter 540 millimeters).

Pre-sowing cultivator „TORNADO”

Pre-sowing cultivator TORNADO is specially designed for soil scarifying, breaking and crushing the clumps and thickening the ground for better soaking of the earth water. The machine in the optimal way prepares every type of the ground for sowing by the row and point seeders. Two types of tines, which work angle in the soil is regulated in the soil by the special knobs. Pipe roller can be changed (please take a look at the pictures). There are three way of drags: slatted, slatted with tines and springed. Aggregate prepares the soil in a perfect way for sowing and vegetation plants.

Cultivator „GRYF”

Cultivator GRYF is specially designed for soil cultivation causing mixing of the soil, making the ground even and preparing the soil for the sowing. High clearance (540mm) under the aggregate frame prevents from blocking up the after harvest remnants. Aggregate may be equipped in tines type cultivator (45x12 mm) enforced or not enforced, and can be used to different types of soil. After scarifying, ground is thickened with 12 pipe roller diameter 540mm. Working width is regulated by the position changes of the pipe roller.

WICHER Seed bed cultivator „WICHER" ("WHIRLWIND") - is a modern cultivation machine in operating widths from 2.50 to 5.70

meters. Operation of this aggregate can be divided into five stages:

1. Wheels traces scarifying (wheel ruts after tractor) by means of scarifiers with spring tension; 2. Crushing by means of nine string front rollers. Front and rear string rollers, embedded on bearing units

support the whole aggregate. 3. Soil scarifying - the heavy duty teeth cultivator type are responsible for this operation. They are finished

with so called "goose foot" at 180 mm width. 4. Fragmentation and alignment - the rear string roll plays the major role during this stage along with the

aligning bar, situated directly besides. The roller splits lumps and clods ensuring very good clotty structure.

5. Compacting - the pin roll at 370 mm diameter performs the secondary compacting and final preparation of the soil for seeding. Adjustment of depth is realized in the simple way by means of adjusting tie rod.
