Teodor BlidarusManaging Partner – Strategy & Business Management

With more than 20 years experience in the IT&C industry, Teodor Blidarus plays a strategic role within the company. His ability to power Softelligence along the journey from start-up to market leader, has brought him a nomination to prestigious Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year 2014” title.

With a powerful entrepreneurial vocation, Teodor Blidarus distinguishes himself for his ability to lead teams throughout complex software and business development projects.

As Vice President of the Romanian Professional Association of Software and Services (ANIS) Teodor is involved in supporting entrepreneurs on the path to mature businesses, while also encouraging the export of Romanian software products and services.

Teodor is also known for his involvement in two IT success stories. As co-founder of Softelligence, he built a 1,5 million euro company from scratch in only 3 years.

As Managing Director for Charisma ERP, he created and managed the development of the most successful ERP business system for financial services in Europe. ©Softelligence

Adrian BlidarusManaging Partner – Technical & Operations

With a powerful technical formation and a track record of over 20 years experience in the IT&C industry, Adrian Blidarus plays an important role within Softelligence. Leading the team of software experts, he engages his vast operational and technical expertise.

Adrian Blidarus distinguishes himself for his ability to coordinate projects with a deep technical complexity. He initiated and manages directly the program Softelligence Innovation Club responsible for brining insightful innovation from sparks to mature lines of business.

As Technical Lead he employs his knowledge in functional ranges like telecommunication solutions, mobile technologies, data mining, embedded software and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

What recommends him is his capacity to manage teams of over one hundred employees, being the Technical Lead in projects for world-wide companies like Vodafone, Honeywell, Allianz, EOS or GDF Suez.

Sergiu NegutPartner, Member of the Board, VP of Business Development

With a track record of more than 20 years experience in business development, Sergiu assists Softelligence’s management with his expertise in business growth, in the areas of corporate governance, organizational development and special business development projects. He is Board Member or CEO Advisor for a number of businesses and teaches Entrepreneurial Growth with Maastricht School of Management Romania.

Previously, Sergiu has been responsible as a top executive for the management and expansion of REGINA MARIA healthcare network, as well as for establishing Amgen’s footprint in CEE.

Sergiu proudly holds an MBA from INSEAD, following undergrads in Computer Science and International Business.
