Check-in Procedure

Ad-hoc personnel will be contacted by a member of the Logistics Team and allocated on a trip by trip basis (unless notified otherwise).

Flight check-in times are available by contacting Reception 24 hours before the day of your departure offshore.

If you are unable to travel, for whatever reason (i.e. sickness), you should contact a member of the Logistics Team as soon as you can to let them know.

If you have contracted, or suspect that you may have contracted any form of food related illness whilst on leave, you should notify the office immediately.

If you need to notify us that you will not be travelling over a weekend (or you need to contact us urgently out with normal office hours), you should contact the Duty Manager. The number is in the handout that you will receive at the end of your induction and is also available on the Office answer-phone.

WHAT SODEXO EXPECTS FROM YOU

We encourage you to enjoy your work and the experience of

working with each other in a team, however we will not

tolerate:

• Pranks and practical jokes: can result in the those targeted feeling intimidated and humiliated, may present unacceptable risks to the health and safety of all parties

involved, and will expose the Company to several serious risks.

• Harassment and Bullying: “Harassment is any unwanted physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct

which has the purpose or effect of diminishing an employee’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment”

We will now watch the Dignity at Work DVD….
