    What I learned

    The book gives a clear-cut view of the

    importance and the roles that social mediaplays in helping individuals, teams, andleaders as a whole change the way work andlife intersect in the social media world.

    I also learned where social media truly hasan impact and how it plays such a major rolein the world we live in from using blogs,facebook, twitter, mashable, etc.
