Social Media Analytics

I implemented the first Social Media Analytics program for the client’s software marketing group. The goal was to provide the client with insights into the performance of their social media marketing efforts as well as an understanding around the conversational ecosystem.

CHALLENGES

Help client establish a social media analytics program to measure their existing social media efforts

Gain insights into their developer and designer segments

Monitor the conversation ecosystem around their software platform

Identify the online influencers and determine the most effective way to work with them

SOLUTIONS

Worked with client to create initial key performance indicators (KPIs) and parameters for program

Helped to identify and implement a social media analytics tool and to train key client stakeholders on how to effectively use it

RESULTS

My client is successfully running, monitoring and administrating the social media analytics program

Valuable insights from the monitoring are being integrated into their marketing planning
