Linkedin,Pinterest and Youtube to share information with a group of listeners.

● To start, Wikipedia, the social media go-to reference created by the public in the form of thousands of contributors, defines Social media as “media for social interaction, using highly accessible and scalable communication techniques. Social media is the use of web-based and mobile technologies to turn communication into interactive dialogue.”

● Social-media tools can give companies direct access to customers and an opportunity to learn about their behaviour, interests and desires.
