So what are ethics? Ethics: How you should behave professionally. Examples: Be polite and courteous. Always remain professional.

Why so important?

Ethics keep the job going.

They bring you more clientele.

They reflect on YOUR business.

They help you keep your job.

Ethics Standards in Financing

Standard 1: Employee will act with integrity. This includes honesty. Behave professionally in work atmosphere. Also be polite with clients.

Standards Cont. Standard 2: Employee will be honest with documents. No illegal changes or theft. No false documents (fraud).

Standards Cont. Standard 3: Employee will keep confidentiality with

client. Do not reveal personal information. Examples: Address, Phone Number, etc.

In conclusion.. The use of ethics IS important. Without it, companies would fail. Also, work would never get finished. Ethics keep everything running smoothly. This includes inside and outside work.
