FAF and TeamRaiser are both 100% cloud-based. We use Agile methodology, and do extensive, iterative testing throughout the release cycle.
With FAF, new feature releases often “break” custom design code.
With TeamRaiser, releases have no impact on custom-developed sites using previous versions.
- New features can be incorporated AFTER the fundraising / as clients plan for future events.
- Custom-developed sites typically use the API, and no changes are made to the API in a release which are subtractive, or change the nomenclature or data structure.
