Maturity assessments benchmark an organisation’s performance against criteria developed from best practice and allows for the development of improvement plans with measurable outcomes. Snap Tech is certified to carry out maturity assessments based on the P3M3 (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management) Maturity Model, which is designed to enable organisations to understand their current level of maturity, and to highlight areas that would give them the most value and performance improvement in the short and long terms. The flexibility of the P3M3 Project Management Maturity Model allows for incremental and step change improvements in targeted areas.

We provide independent external review by a P3M specialist, and issues are raised and recommendations made providing the project or programme sponsor with a level of confidence that the project is being delivered according to the constraints of time, budget and quality. The end result is a position report on the strengths and weaknesses of the project or programme that can be used to implement the necessary changes to ensure successful delivery.

We offer guidance and advice on how to implement or re-energise your Portfolio, Programme and/or Project Support Offices by identifying key improvement areas, provide tools and techniques to run an effective delivery support office , and establish the Portfolio, Programme and Project Office’s Centres of excellence.
