- ALL TRAVELERS HAD CONSISTENT TRIPS THEY WERE TAKING ANNUALLY

- ALL PARTICIPANTS USED AT LEAST 3 ONLINE SERVICES TO PLAN A TRIP

- OUR RESPONDENTS TOOK AN AVERAGE OF 5 TRIPS A YEAR
