SPECIAL NOTES: Must have clear path for access. Adult must be present at time of delivery and must instruct installers as

to placement of the building. Customer is responsible for obtaining permits and permission from local owners association. Buildings will be delivered with standard truck and trailer. Customer understands that this type of delivery requires a clear path at least 1’ wider than the building purchased and at least

14’ in height. Customer understands that he/she is responsible for any alterations to fences and trimming

of trees. Delivery may leave tracks, indentions or ruts in the yard and customer accepts full responsibility for damage to sprinkler systems, field lines, or septic tanks. Due to the fact that the installers must lie on the ground to level building, please have area free of any animal excrement. If you request 8ft walls, The

Barn is not responsible for any tree limb damage incurred during delivery. Any and all buildings manufactured by The Barn, LLC, are designed for storage purposes only and are not designed for or

intended for human habitation. The type of and/or purpose of a building purchased from The Barn, LLC, and any affiliated dealers becomes solely the responsibility of the purchaser. The Barn, LLC is not

responsible for determining ground conditions. If ground is soft or wet, delivery is not advised. The Barn, LLC reserve the right to reschedule deliveries if ground conditions are not adequate or safe.
