521. The continuation of your service is subject to your being found and remainingmedically fit (physically and mentally).
522. All salary increments/promotions and demotion will depend at the sole discretion of the management depending on your efficiency, intelligence, regular attendance, senseof discipline, loyalty and good behaviour.

During the period of employment, you will be a whole time employee of the companyand as such you will not engage yourself anywhere for any work on remuneration or any work similar, resembling to the company or injurious to the interest, business andworking of the company and shall not disclose any / scheme of the company to any

education/other academic qualifications and experience is found false, forged,fabricated or there are any concealment of information contained therein, your services may be terminated immediately, in addition the management reserves theright to take appropriate legal action against you.

The management of the company reserves its right to terminate your services withoutnotice, incase of any misconduct or breach of any of the terms of employment,implied or expressed on your part including addiction of drugs, dishonestly,disobediency, negligence of duties, or other conduct which is detrimental to theinterest of the Company. 1145. Y ou shall carry out the instructions of your superiors relating to the performance of
your duties and carry out diligently and honestly such other duties work in relation tothe affairs of the Company and its business, as may be assigned to you.
1146. Unless you are duly authorized in writing by the management, you will not sign anyletter, document etc. or make any financial or other commitments on behalf of theCompany.

Y ou shall not except as authorized in writing, as required directly for the purpose of your duties, reveal to any other person, firm, concern or any other trade secret,manufacturing processes, confidential information, dealings or any other operations or any other details consisting the business of the company relating to the organization,or any other affairs or matters of the company to any of its clients and shall keep all

1148. Y ou are liable to be transferred to another branch, post or place in India or associatedcompany either in existence or may come in existence hereinafter where themanagement may establish its offices/establishment in future.
1149. Y ou will work under the supervision of such officers/executives as may be decided bythe management from time to time. Y ou shall diligently and satisfactorily carry outthe instructions given to you by your superiors in connection with the work assignedto you, to the best of your skill and ability.
1150. The continuation of your service is subject to your being found and remainingmedically fit (physically and mentally).
1151. All salary increments/promotions and demotion will depend at the sole discretion of the management depending on your efficiency, intelligence, regular attendance, senseof discipline, loyalty and good behaviour.
1152. During the period of employment, you will be a whole time employee of the companyand as such you will not engage yourself anywhere for any work on remuneration or any work similar, resembling to the company or injurious to the interest, business andworking of the company and shall not disclose any / scheme of the company to any
person which includes competitors or any other interested person.
1153. It may please be noted that this restriction shall continue to remain in force even after your separation from the Company, keeping in view your access to the privacy of theCompany. Y ou will be governed in all the matters by the rules and regulations of thecompany that may be in force from time to time and as amended, added to or modified from time to time.
