Presentation: Team BasedTeam presentations on HRD Practices in organizations will be done for last half hour of each session. Each team will do 2 presentations during the coming days based on roster. One on existing practices and one on the syllabi content. Each team will submit the power point presentation as well as a hard copy of the content. The breakup would be Content and coverage – 20 points, Presentation style – 10 points Answers to Questions raised – 10, Team members contribution ( Peer Assessed) – 10 points Action Learning AssignmentsClient Consulting Relationships – Role Plays
Practical Learning Assignments (Individual) Identify and suggest HRD strategies on how a change in attitude, skills and behaviors can be brought about in the midst of your juniors to improve engagement. To submit a report of not 10 pages or choose to make a presentation in class. Weightage would be given if first hand information is collected, needs assessed and suggestions are based on the same.
