Purim with IDF Soldiers - Mishloach Manot Project

We wanted to let you know about the beautiful response from the Purim IDF Soldiers Project. More than 500 Mishloach Manot were delivered with cards, Tehillim, and candies from our shul, schools, and the community at large. We partnered again with BJSZ and distributed to soldiers in Har Gilo, Kever Rachel, Elkana, Navy Training Base, Bach Parachute Base as well as to Elad, Acre, and Nitzan.

Some of the Mishloach Manot packages were purchased in Elkana and wrapped by a special club of blind people in Rosh Ha’ayin.

With all of the ongoing challenges facing the soldiers, we enabled them to feel a special connection to Baltimore on Purim, knowing that those so far away are thinking and caring for them.

A lovely note of thanks from the Israeli Navy Training Base is on display in the lobby.

For all of our members who participated, thank you for your generosity and heartfelt notes that were so appreciated!
