Capacity & equipmentOur Shipyard for Megayachts in Perama, Pi-

raeus, covers more than 17.000m² and is

able to accommodate more than 30 yachts

from 25m up to 65m. With 2500m² of of-

fice, workshop, apartments, a café, gym, and

sauna including a roof garden, it also has

plenty of room for crews and visitors.

The Perama Shipyard operates a 820-travel

lift – the modest modern in the Eastern Med-

iterranean which includes a 300-ton mobile

boat trolley to transport vessels within

the yard. The premises also include a water

dock, which allows for instant and safe access

including a keel pit, built to international stan-

dards for specialized keel works.

The highly, qualified staff ensures that work

in the yard is completed quickly & safely

and to very high standards.

modate vessels from

35m to 100m, and space

to moore 25 boats.

The Salamis Shipyard is equipped with a

100m by 29m floating dock with a lifting

capacity 4.500 tons, as well as 2.000-

ton SPMT trailers, which can support ves-

sels to be transferred to land. In addition,

the shipyard has a 100m semi-submers-

ible pontoon and 70m hangar to hold a

wide variety of vessels during newbuilding

or refitting works.

At the shipyard works are carried out under

the supervision of our naval architects, me-

chanical engineers and project managers.

Training & development At Spanopoulos group, our people are key to

latest technology and fully certified technical

personnel has helped us achieve a leading

position on the demanding yacht market.

Building for the future• Spanopoulos group is building a third ship-

yard in Elefsis, Greece. The 82,000m² yard is already under construction and will be equipped with floating docks of over 200m.

• We are in the process of building a new

40m yacht, in a close collaboration between

the yacht owner and our naval architects.

The yacht will incorporate the latest design

trends and technological developments.

The project will be carried out by our de-

sign team, who are working with experts

in interior design, noise and vibration, en-

gine room layout, paint application, enter-

tainment systems, navigation, steel and

aluminum composite and construction –

as well as classification societies

– to turn the yacht owner’s dream

into reality.
