However, Petitioner has considered. power avaDabUlty from UbI-III for FY17 from Aug'16 as ItS ftrst unit Is expected to be commissioned on Aus'I6, second unit in Sep'16 and third unit in 0«16.     5.1.4 Prom die 1abIe It Is dear that the Petitioner would be able to meet Its Solar RPPO oblipttons from the fbi8r power projected to be available for FY 16 and FY 11. It Is pertinent to mention that even after meetlDg Its esUmated RPPO obligations for FY16 & FYl1; the PeUtioner would be left: with suflident solar power to meet the unmet obUgations for the previous years.

    5.1.5 The Honble Commission In Its Order against the Suo-MotD Case No. 93(A)f2013 dated 21Jd1 July 2013 observed that the Petitioner had not met the Solar RPPO obligations for FY 12 and FY 13. The shortfall In Solar RPO for FY 12 and FY 13 were 0.14 MUs and 18.4 MUs respect1vely. The Hon'ble Commission in the order directed the Petitioner to meet the shortfall of Solar RPPO for FY 12 and FY 13 in FY 16 and FY 11, respectively In addJdon to the Solar RPOs of the respective years. The relevant extracts ofthe order· are as given below:

    5.1.7 Por FY 15, the Solar pun:hase obligation was 22 MUs (0.25% of8806.9 MUs purchased for consumption In state) The Petitioner submits that It had not been able to completely meet the solar purchase obligation of 22 MUs for' FY 15 and the shortfall in purchase was of 19.4 MUs. The Petitioner further submits that the aforesaid shortfall of 19.4 MUs Is proposed to be met by surplus solar power of FY 16 & FY 17 even after meeting the obUgation of respective years as well as those ofFY 12 & FY 13.

    5.1.8 Therefore, the shortfall of19.4 MUs ofFY 15 is to be met in foUowlng ways

    a) 13.6 MUs in FY 16

    b) 5.1 MUs in FY 17
