Deregulated Accounts–one meter associated with two accounts
Multiple Meters Account–many meters associated with one account
Unknown Rate Codes–recommend using a “To-Be-Determined” code as a place holder (TBD-Electric)

Green Columns–contain the existing values for the given fields
White Columns–are the fields where updates are to be entered
No Update Required–blank fields are simply ignored when the update spreadsheet is imported

When using the import sheets, children items (meters, accounts, buildings, etc.) must be preceded by their parent items.

No, accounts and meters must be put on separate rows of the spreadsheet
