hen (ikrotik Hotspot *etup wi-ard, will $e appear. his is easiest way tosetup Hotspot inter!ace in (ikrotik. IP address !or thernet, DHCP *er%er,

+ithA-teticati"means users who are connected to the +ii must lo&in their username and password $e!ore they could use the internet.

N"=A-teticati"means users who are connected to +i" and has to see"rst a we$pa&e $e!ore they could use the internet. I thinks it#s called *plashPa&e.

And then in ta$ Lo&in, make sure in the section 8Lo&in 5y9, uncheck cookie,then click :;. I didn6t use 'ADI7* *er%er !or my capti%e portal. I6m not!amiliar with the 'ADI7* *er%er.

I! youwant the landin& pa&e just !or the hotspot user not the LAN user, you canjust simply choose the *'?' and choose hotspot or whate%er ser%ername you use !or your wi" i! you want to implement the capti%e portal towi" users only. he username is important. 5ut the password, you ha%e thechoice whether you put a password !or your capti%e portal or not. 7sers o!the wi" must input the correct username and password in the capti%e portalto $e a$le to use the wi".

In the computer client, $rowsin& to any site, I! the lo&in pa&e appears, itmeans mikrotik hotspot is workin& properly. Input username and password,that ha%e $een created. I! e%erythin& is normal, the $rowser will $e redirectto destination site. I! it didn6t redirect, input the IP Address or DN* nameyou assi&ned to your +ii pro"le in the 7'L and click 8Bo9. I! it still doesn6tredirect, look $ack to the pre%ious lessons. 0ou mi&ht ha%e missed a thin&or two. 'emem$er what I told you $e!ore, one small con"&uration,

e%erythin& will $e destroyed unless you &ot a $ackup on the IL*. I tau&htyou how to $ackup con"&uration in (ikrotik.
