Included in this document are a list of questions to utilize for stimulating language. This stimuli can be utilized with adults, children or adolescents to address language skills (English and Spanish components to this resource are included).

The following “Wh” and related question component sheets are attached:

• “What” Questions with Memory Connection Links in a “Getting to Know You” Task

o In this activity, “What” is the targeted “wh” form to answer in asking connection questions in “getting to know you” formatted topics. Patients are stimulated to answer “what” questions in an interview-style format. Patients are asked to answer in order to connect the topic to a relatable link to the patient, to link it to their every day life experiences. These are moderate-in-complexity “What” questions.

o Se les pide a los pacientes que respondan a preguntas como: "¿A dónde van las personas _______________?"

• Preguntas "Cuándo"

o Se pide a los pacientes que respondan a preguntas como: "¿Cuándo ocurre ________________?"

• Preguntas sobre "Cuál" y "Por qué"

o En esta actividad, primero se pregunta a los pacientes: "¿Cuál es mejor? ______________ o

______________." Luego, su razonamiento para su elección se consultará con la pregunta de

seguimiento: "¿Por qué?"

• Preguntas de "Cómo" y "Cuanto"

o Se les pide a los pacientes que respondan las preguntas "¿Cómo funciona _________________?"
