STOUNDING is defined as bewildering or striking dumb with wonder; or so surprisingly impressive as to stun or overwhelm. While accomplishments could be

defined as the act of carrying out or achieving; something achieved or successfully completed; gained skills or talent; attainment of social grace, style, and poise.After God ordered Elijah to anoint Elisha as his successor; Elisha left his lucrative mechanized farming and became a servant to Elijah. He would run errands for him and take care of his master. The time came when God was prepared to take Elijah away; Elisha’s contemporaries began to make mockery of him that he would soon be like them, but Elisha was determined not to remain as an ordinary son of a prophet; but as someone spectacular. So he demanded for the double portion of the anointing of God upon his master.The bible records that Elisha was able to fulfil the condition set by Elijah and so received the double portion of his master’s anointing! The sons of prophet that thought Elisha was already stranded at the other side of Jordan bowed before him and called him ‘Master’ after he parted the Jordan River and walked through it on dry ground! (2 Kings 2: 1-15).In the year 2012, the Spirit of God says He will make us to achieve feats that are astounding; gain talents and skills that are staggering; and enjoy attainments of social grace, style and poise that are startling!

OD has a way of elevating His children. Before such people were born, He makes sure He had invested something into their destiny, so that at a point in their lifetime on

earth, He then calls them; empowers them; justifies their calling and use them for His own glory. Later He then glorifies them (Rom. 8:30).In the bible, children of God like Jacob who at a time was a fugitive was elevated by God to become founder of the 12 tribes of Israel (Gen. 32:10); David was elevated from a shepherd boy to becoming the king of Israel (Psalm 78:70-71); Peter, Andrew, James and John from illiterate fishermen to global reformers who restored lost souls to Jehovah. From very low estates, these people were elevated by God that some were almost thought to be a god. Moses was a slave boy who became the deliverer of Israel from bondage and terror to Egypt. Paul and Barnabas were empowered to do creative miracles to the extent that the people of Lystra wanted to offer sacrifices to them as gods! The little errand boy Samuel was elevated by God to become the next High Priest and kingmaker in Israel.This month of November, God will begin to carry out His predestined plans of elevation in our lives as His children in Jesus name. He will equip and empowers us for the lifting that is coming; He will in plain terms justify our callings; and He personally will supervise the upliftment in Jesus name. B

How do you become a candidate for divine elevation

PRAYER POINTS

LEVATION is the height to which something is elevated or to which it rises. God has planned good destinies for us. Paul in Galatians 1:5

states that God separated him from his mother’s womb. Jer 1:4 also states that before he was formed, God knew him. Our God is a good God and He has good plans for our lives.

In 1 Chro 1 :7 we find the account of Solomon. He was not the first born and his mother was not the principal wife but he was the one chosen by God to be the heir and not only that but God chose him to be the one who would build him a house of worship. God chose you for favour before you were born. Discover the purpose God has for you and indeed you will begin to operate in the divine elevation that God has for you. You need to discover the goodness of God and you will find this in his word .His names show his goodness; He is Jehovah Jireh, the good Sherperd. The all sufficient One .

We are not here by accident of birth. Eph 1:4-5. When you realize this you will be positioning yourself for divine elevation. Since God has such a good plan for our lives, what is hindering us from operating at the capacity which God intended?

Firstly because of sin .When you are transgressing the law of God you are not positioning yourself to be a candidate of Divine elevation. Secondly because some people have allowed themselves to be manipulated by the deceiver to abort their own destinies. There are people who employ evil forces to achieve certain ends. When you use physical methods to deal with spiritual problems, it hinders you from being divinely elevated.

?You must be born again and confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life.You must denounce every covenant that you might have entered into ignorantly .If you have used objects for bathing, or been made to throw things in the river, you need to renounce all these.You need to start exercising faith in God the Almighty as He has said in his word that He is the God of all flesh and nothing is too difficult for him. Renew your mind constantly with the Word of God and His promises.

There is power in the Word of God .The words spoken into the spiritual atmosphere, they achieve a purpose. God has said in his word that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you, you shall condemn. You need to open your mouth and denounce every negative word spoken against you. Mark 11vs 23.

Father remove every hindrance standing against me for divine elevation.Father I renounce every covenant that I have made or that has been made on my behalf that does not honour you.Every plant in my life that God has not planted let it be uprooted by fire.Father I renounce every word that has been spoken against my destiny. in Jesus Name.Father send me help from unusual sources in Jesus Name so that I can be divinely elevated in Jesus Name.Excerpts of a sermon delivered by Minister Caroline Ndlovu at Everlasting Father’s Arena, York on November 4, 2012

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

PRAYERS

LEVATION is defined as increase in the level or in the height of something. When that increase is brought about by God, it is called Divine Elevation. May God increase your level. May God increase your

height.People sometimes try to elevate another. The truth of the matter is that no man will promote beyond himself. In Gen. 39:4, the bible says Potiphar loved Joseph so much that he made him the ruler over all that he had, excluding his very self. Even when Pharaoh was going to elevate Joseph, he made sure Joseph was not higher than himself (Gen 41:39-40). How Jonathan and David loved each other. Jonathan demonstrated this by giving David his robe, tunic, sword, bow and belt. How about cap, ring and shoes? (I Sam 18:4) The elevation that comes from a man can also be withdrawn. When Potiphar’s wife lied against Joseph, Potiphar did not waste time to throw Joseph in dungeon, even though Potiphar did not know it was a lie. That is why I prophesy to someone here that God will elevate you. The tricky bit is at times when God begins His work of elevation in a fellow, it may not physically appear so at first, but at last it always speaks forth.

In I Sam. 16:1, God told Samuel to forget about Saul, that he had found another king for the people of Israel. He should go and anoint one of the sons of Jesse. In I Sam. 16:13, after much ado, David was anointed as the next king in Israel. One would therefore think that David will climb the throne immediately afterwards, but it wasn't that easy. It took him about 13 years to ascend the throne. Even after been anointed as king, David went back to the sheep (I Sam. 16:19). Then he became Saul armour bearer (I Sam. 16:21). Then he became deliverance singer to Saul (I Sam. 16:23). Then he was returned to sheep again (I Sam 17:15), even though he was also a man of war (I Sam 16:16-18). Then he became a champion by killing Goliath (I Sam 17:41). Then he became a Battalion Commander (I Sam 18:13). Then he became an in-law to Saul (I Sam 18:27). Then Saul became David's enemy continually (I Sam 18:29). He dwelt in Cave addullam, as mad man in Gath, in wilderness of Ziph, wilderness of Maon, strongholds of Engedi, at Ziklag, etc. He was crowned as king in Hebron (II Sam 2:4). Then crowned over all Israel (II Sam. 5:1-5).

It's possible that you are going through a difficult time now. But your elevation shall be effected by God in Jesus name. May God take you to your Hebron in Jesus name. If God uses opinion polls or voting to elevate, David would not have got there. It was like ratio 9/1. But thank God, majority doesn't matter with God. May God bye-pass all the votes against you to elevate you in Jesus name. May vote of numbers, vote of colour, vote of age, vote of other forms of attributes be nullified by God on your behalf in Jesus name.

God elevated Hannah in her husband house. He also elevated her in the whole of Israel and in human history. Someone that was barren, without a child. Who was a laughing and mocking object in her home and community later gave birth to 6 children, with one of them becoming the High Priest in the whole land (I Sam. 2:21). When Eli proclaim elevation upon her life, it didn't seem as if anything had taken place, nine months after that though, it was evident that God had lifted her up. I prophesy an elevation of abundance into your life.Elevation of fruitfulness will come upon you in Jesus name. May your womb receive the elevation of God right now. May your loins be touched by Jehovah.

Joshua happened to be a minister to Moses. Whatever Moses wanted to do, he would send Joshua. So Joshua was always close by Moses as he led the Children of Israel to the Promised Land. The time came when God told Moses and Aaron that they would die in the wilderness. Who then was to replace Moses to continue the journey? God chose Moses' servant Joshua and empowered him for the elevated position (Joshua 1:1-5). Service comes before elevation. Joshua served faithfully and patiently for forty years and he was elevated in due time. Be faithful and patient in your service of the Lord, He will elevate you when due. May God empower you for the position ahead of you in Jesus name.

So God can elevate someone from nobody to becoming a king; from bareness and lack to fruitfulness and abundance; and from a follower to a leader. What sort of elevation do you desire or require? God can do it for you. May God raise you high in Jesus name.
