New Life Fitness Class Descriptions
Men and Women’s Boot Camp- This is an advanced, 45 minute, total body work out. The class is designed to focus on conditioning, fat burning, and muscle gain.
Total Barre-Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, and is fully expandable and adaptable to any client base.
H.I.I.T (High, Intensity, Interval, Training)- HIIT is 30 minute interval based class. This class combines full-body strength training with high in-tensity cardio bursts. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
Zumba- This is a 50 minute class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to give you a great cardio work out.
Cycle Club- Cycle is an hour long class done on a stationary bikes. To-gether, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint & race. It is truly a car-diovascular class.
Yoga- This is a 30 minute class that focuses on teaching basic yoga pos-tures as well as strengthening the musculature that supports the body.
Cardio Circut Class- This is a 50 minute class that focuses on exer-cises to improve your cardio, strength, and balance.
Bosu Ball Class- Bosu ball is a 30 minute fitness class that includes aerobic and strength training routines. This class will always include flexi-bility exercises and balance training.

Meet Our TrainersBeth Benjamin
Beth is a Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in the Pilates Method. Beth’s
background is in classical ballet. She has taught classical Ballet for over 35 years. Her first exposure to Pilates was through Romania Kryzanowska, the NYC ballet dancer who
brought Joseph Pilates’ exercises to the public.
Coach David PerezCoach David is an expert in Power
Training and Cardio Training. Coach David works with individuals, groups, and instructs Bootcamps at New Life Fitness.
His experience in the areas of strength and conditioning make him a highly sought
after Personal Trainer.
Jennifer MillsJennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer. She
is also certified in Cross Fit L1. Jennifer focuses on strength, endurance, and
conditioning with she clients. She customizes each work out specifically for
her clients fitness goals.

Nancy Bonilla-MayNancy has 30 plus years of dance
experience and 15 years of teaching dance fitness under her belt. She is
certified to teach Zumba and Zumba Toning. She recently began group
training with some of her Zumba clients.
Peggy MurdockPeggy is certified in ACE Personal Training,
ACE Group Exercise, FMS - Functional Movement Screen Specialist, & TRX
Suspension Training. Peggy is a caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable
personal trainer. She customizes her workouts as each client’s needs/goals change. Peggy
motivates and encourages her clients to help them reach their goals.
Shannon DobynsShannon is certified in multiple training methods. He works with a wide variety
of clients, from beginners to professional athletes. He is always challenging his
clients to meet and exceed their fitness goals. Shannon makes personal
connections with each of his clients. He is far more than a trainer, he is their friend
too.

Shoshanah BenjaminShoshanah is Certified in Advanced
Personal Training, Core & Functional Training, and as a Yoga Instructor. Her
training styles and areas of expertise include functional training, HIIT,
strengthening, and overall conditioning. I believe having fun with your workout is an important aspect of overall fitness!
Tina ParishTina is certified in NASM CPT, PEAK
Pilates L1, Spinning L2, & TRX.Tina’s training sessions focus on
integrating flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, balance, and strength training. She is here to help you stay motivated as you
work towards your fitness goals!
Lori MillerOwner of New Life Fitness. As a retired PE Teacher, athletic director and coach I love encouraging indi-
viduals in the areas of health and fitness. As a Varsity Volleyball, basketball and softball coach, I challenged my student athletes to train hard and prepared them
for game time situations. With the majority of my clients at New Life, I work on Functional Fitness.
Lifting, squatting, pushing, stepping are things we do on a daily basis, so we repeat these moves in the gym so they become easier outside our gym walls. I also
love athletes. Those who are ready to be pushed, chal-lenged and encouraged to work harder and achieve
their best!
