Accepting a task
Tip The "Edit" button appears after you have clicked on "I agree to work on this task". To work on the evaluation, you should access the proposal by clicking on the acronym or number.
Declining a task
Once you have declined a task, you will no longer be able to access the proposal, the evaluation report, and the task itself. In case you have declined a task by mistake and you want to re-open it, please contact your Call Coordinator who is the only person authorised to administer your tasks.
The Individual Evaluation Report screen is the screen where evaluators write and electronically sign evaluation reports. The criteria themselves cannot be modified, you can only edit the boxes available by clicking on the + sign.
Working on the IER
Saving & submitting
• The form can be saved at any moment • Auto-save every 2 minutes • After saving, the form is still editable
• Once satisfied with your comments and scores, you can submit the report.
• You cannot submit your report without resolving all indicated errors first.
• Once submitted, the report is no longer editable. • Still accessible in read-only
If you submitted by mistake or wish to re-open the evaluation report, please contact your panel coordinator, who can re-open the task.
Working on the CR
The rapporteur first needs to merge the three IERs into a Consensus Report.
Second, (s)he should summarize (in draft) the remarks from the other evaluators to
prepare the consensus discussion.
Preparing the CR
Use the Task Comments:
• To agree on a final Consensus Report • For exchange of views, discussion, etc.
Working on the CR
After submitting the CR, the other experts will receive tasks called 'approve CR' – when these are finalized, the CR is sent for a quality check, and becomes the ESR.
