I am a user experience and interface designer with a passion to create ex-ceptional and intuitive solutions for all sorts of platforms & devices. I‘ve designed interfaces for web, home television sets (SD & HD) and mobile devices, for users between the age of 5 up to 99. In my 10 years of UI de-sign experience I‘ve worked for many different sectors, mainly TV applica-tions, e-Learning/ education and e-Commerce.

Though my main focus is on visual design I am typically involved in the entire UI design process: research, clarification of objectives, functional specifications, interaction & navigation design, wireframing/prototyping,content creation and front end development

I love working solo and within a team - team work for the joy of brain-storming and bouncing ideas off one another, solo for being „in the zone“ and working towards tight deadlines. I‘m always keeping up-to-date with the latest UI and graphic design trends & developments in the industry.

My specialities are: visual UI design, mobile app design, responsive design, interaction design, prototype & wireframe development and usability testing. I have profound knowledge and experience in designing and evaluating UI‘s.

I also have a wide background in corporate & print media design (12 years experience) and some experience in motion graphics/animation. I’ve a big interest in photography and “an eye” for image compositions that work and those that don’t. I’m good at visualizing complex information and data (diagrams, key visuals for marketing material etc.).

I would love to gain more skills in mobile app development, iOS in particular. I’m currently doing an online course to get started.

In my current workplace I’m also the events organizer of the Sports & Social Club.
